About the Role




As Project Support Officer, you'll provide vital administrative and logistical support across a range of projects. From coordinating activities and maintaining project documentation to supporting stakeholder engagement and monitoring budgets, you'll help ensure our projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.


This is a varied role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across WCHG Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, logs, and reports Support stakeholder engagement, scheduling meetings, workshops, and events Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing reports and updates Coordinate logistics such as venues, travel, and materials for project activities Facilitate communication by distributing updates and supporting cross-team collaboration Contribute to process improvements, ensuring projects run efficiently and effectively

What We're Looking For



Degree in business, project management, or equivalent experience Experience providing project or programme support in a professional environment Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once Confident in producing accurate documentation, reports, and analysis Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) Knowledge of project methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2 (desirable) Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to changing priorities
