Look no further! We have a fantastic opportunity for 2 x passionate, resilient, and community-minded Community Safety Case Management Officers to join our team here at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.

This is a challenging but deeply rewarding position, working across the full breadth of our borough and engaging with diverse communities. Youll be at the forefront of problem-solving community issues, supporting residents, and helping to keep Stockton-on-Tees a clean, safe, and welcoming place for all.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating, monitoring, preparing and progressing casework for enforcement action in relation to both Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and Environmental Crime. This includes managing case files for legal action and representing the Council in Court.

To be considered for interview, you will need: A full driving licence
Experience of managing a caseload
To be eligible to submit an application and pass a Level 2 Non Police Personnel Vetting
