Community Safety Team (CST) Officer - 15.35/hour - Exeter & Surrounding Areas
Part-Time (3-4 days per week on average, flexible shifts)
Gardant Group is expanding our award-winning Community Safety Team and we're looking for experienced, committed professionals to join us. Based in or around
Exeter
, you'll play a key role supporting towns acrossMid and East Devon
, helping to reduce anti-social behaviour, engage with vulnerable individuals, and create a safer community for all.About the Role:
Shifts average
7 hours
and can be flexible to suit other commitments Typically3-4 days per week
, with the potential to increase over time Hourly rate of15.35
, withannual pay increases every April
Work as part of a visible, uniformed team providing a reassuring presence in public spaces Engage with the public, local businesses, and key partners including the police and councilsEssential Requirements:
Valid
SIA Door Supervisor Licence
Minimum3 years' industry experience
, or relevant background inpolicing or military service
Full,clean UK driving licence
Clean criminal record
- police vetting will be requiredPreferred Experience:
Working with
vulnerable individuals
, including those experiencing homelessness or substance misuse Strongconflict management and de-escalation skills
FREC 3 or equivalent First Aid qualification
