As part of our Neighbourhoods team, you'll deliver community safety services across our neighbourhoods, and contribute to improving those services.

What you'll be doing:

Dealing with tenancy management issues and tackling anti-social behaviour. Resolving breaches of tenancy. Assisting with and delivering community initiatives. Developing local communications and providing information to tenants and stakeholders. Creating and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners. Providing advice, assistance, and support to tenants. Collaborating with colleagues to take statements and prepare evidence to support appropriate interventions.

What we're looking for:

Progress towards a housing qualification, or membership of CIH would be ideal. Knowledge of housing legislation would be ideal. Experience working in a tenant-focussed environment, especially in relation anti-social behaviour, or enforcing tenancy conditions.
