We're looking for a warm and proactive professional to join our Community Security Team at BNJC.
This is a key role that combines safety and hospitality, helping to create a secure and welcoming environment for everyone who spends time here -- including our residents, staff, visitors, and guests at the restaurant, gym, nursery, and holiday apartments.
You'll often be the first person people meet when they arrive, so your approach sets the tone. We're after someone who brings a calm, friendly presence while staying alert and focused on keeping the site safe and secure.
Your day-to-day work will include regular patrols, managing access control systems, monitoring CCTV, responding quickly and appropriately to incidents, and helping to maintain a strong, visible security culture throughout the site.
