We are looking to recruit

SIX

Community Voice Team members to join our Health Determinants Research Collaboration (HDRC). We are looking for a team of people who care about listening to community voices, sharing ideas, supporting others to speak up, and who can work together.



Each role is for 6 hours per week, usually worked between Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Some days will be working in TY Elai (Tonypandy) office, out in the community or working from home. There will be some Fridays connecting with the wider team at Ty Elai.



These posts are temporary and are funded until November 2028.





As a Community Voice Team Member, you will:


Be over 18 years old Use your personal knowledge and lived experience, where relevant, to help shape HDRC projects within the Council. Engage and listen with residents across RCT to gather their experiences and views Build relationships with a range of local partner organisations (charities, community groups, and voluntary organisations.)
