Community Staff Nurse- NIGHT TEAM



Band 5: 31,049 - 37,796 (Pro-rata)



Hours - Various (20 - 30)



2 or 3 Nights per week

Responsibilities:

We are currently recruiting for experienced Registered Nurses to work in the Community Nursing night team,

which cover areas across North Kirklees and Greater Huddersfield.




We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable Community Staff Nurses who are keen to support and deliver a range of quality nursing services to our patients within Kirklees within the hours of 21.00 - 08.00, 7 days a week. We are looking for people with energy, enthusiasm, and drive, as well as excellent professional skills.


Working within the Community Nursing Night team, you will undertake duties involving delivery of nursing services and holistic assessments of patient's health needs using a person-centred approach, which includes providing quality and seamless nursing care to housebound patients and being proactive in coordinating their care needs as appropriate and avoiding unnecessary admission to hospital.


An enthusiasm to support our teams to deliver high quality services is a must for this role, and you will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
