About the Role
As a
Community Support Worker
(Carer, Care Worker, Care Assistant), you'll play a vital role in helping people live life to the fullest. You'll build meaningful relationships, support wellbeing, and make a real difference every day.
Your role may include:
Offering emotional and practical support
Assisting with personal care and daily routines
Supporting with medication
Encouraging independence and confidence
No two days are the same - and every day brings the opportunity to make someone's life a little brighter.
As part of the team, you'll take part in sleep-in shifts, offering an overnight presence, and peace of mind to those who need it. Each sleep-in shift comes with an extra 43.12 per night, on top of your regular pay.

This role requires a DBS check. The level of check for this role is - Enhanced DBS Check with a Adults Barred List check.
Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with adults. It is an offence for people who are barred from working in regulated activity to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with adults.
