Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Community Support Worker to join our two homes based in Bolton.
As part of this role the selected candidate will be expected to support service users at home and within the community, this may include.
Personal care support
Medication support
Meal preparation
Shopping
General cleaning duties
Social activities in the community
Regular contact with family and friends.
Attending appointments
Holidays
Regular record keeping
Shift hours are between: 07:00 - 22:00, and hours will be scheduled on a rota basis Monday - Sunday. (Flexibility in working patterns is an expectation to ensure we can always deliver the right level of support)

Salary - 13 (Depending on skill set and experience)
Hours - Full Time 40 Hours per week (Overtime available)
