Now recruiting: Community Support Workers
You'll join a friendly, supportive team providing one-to-one care across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, and nearby areas. This role is all about person-centred support - from daily routines to social activities - helping people stay active, connected, and in control of their lives.
A car and full UK driving licence are essential for this role.
What you'll be doing:
No two days will ever be the same. You might be helping with meal preparation, attending appointments, supporting with medication or budgeting, shopping trips, or taking part in community activities. Every shift is about encouraging independence and choice.
Current Opportunities:
Support Worker - Shrewsbury Town Centre
Supporting a 24-year-old gentleman working on confidence and independence. Includes daytime shifts (8am-8pm) with sleep-ins.
Female Support Worker - Gobowen
Part-time hours (3.5-5 per shift) supporting a female client with daily routines and community activities. Weekdays only.
Team Support Worker - Monkmoor, Shrewsbury
Provide 24-hour support to a gentleman including personal care, day-to-day needs and outings. Shifts are daytime (9am-8.30pm) and waking nights.
Female Community Support Worker - Llansantffraid, North Shropshire
Support an active woman with errands, appointments and social time. Weekday shifts between 8am-5pm.
Support Worker - Bridgnorth
Assist a young male with household tasks, appointments and social activities. Current shifts are 8am-6pm.
Although we have specific vacancies, we also value flexibility. Supporting different clients across our services keeps the work varied and rewarding.
What we're looking for:
You don't need previous experience in care - we provide full induction training and continuous support. What matters most is your attitude and commitment.
You'll need to be:
Compassionate, reliable and adaptable
Keen to learn about brain injury and its impact
Motivated to support people with dignity and respect
A car owner with a valid UK driving licence (essential)
What we offer:
