Band 7 Clinical Team Leader

to join our

Suffolk Secure Services Forensic Community Mental Health Team

for individuals transitioning from secure settings.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities




By joining our team, you will be well supported to develop further your knowledge and skills to deliver evidence-based interventions for the group of service users. Personal development will be supported through meaningful Appraisal and via a bespoke training package (a comprehensive in house & external training programmes). On a monthly basis you will be offered reflective practice sessions, mandatory clinical supervision, and Line management supervision. You will also have an opportunity to actively take part in Quality improvement projects within the service.

Essential criteria




Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip SW or Dip OT or equivalent, or HCPC registered ##

Desirable criteria




ILM Certificate in management or equivalent Higher degree or post-graduate certificate in area of clinical / therapeutic practice #

Experience

Essential criteria




Evidence of providing leadership in a Mental Health care environment including service development. Able to demonstrate experience at a senior clinical level including staff management / supervision experience. Experience with risk assessment and ongoing management #
