Time Commitment:

3-4 hours a week

Blossom Group is inviting you to a massive Volunteer Open Day for people who want to make real change in their communities. We're looking for kind, committed volunteers from Redbridge, Waltham Forest, and Newham.

Whatever your skills or background, there's a role for you.

Roles Available:

Togetherness Cafe Volunteers

Create a welcoming space for people to connect and combat loneliness.

Community Advice Service

Offer local guidance and a helping hand.

Community Advisers (Housing & Benefits)

Support people with:

Housing applications Council tax issues Blue Badge and mobility benefit access Universal Credit and welfare benefit support Navigating council services
Full training is provided -- we just need your compassion and commitment.

Social Media & Comms Volunteers

Spread awareness, share local stories, and grow our online presence.

Peer Support Volunteers

Lend an ear. Offer friendly, judgment-free support to others.

Admin & Public Health Support

Get involved with essential day-to-day work and community health campaigns.

Community Radio & Podcast Team

Join us on air or help produce grassroots stories and interviews.

Interpreters & Translators

Make sure no one is left out due to language barriers.

Community Walk Leaders

Lead local walks that boost well-being and community connection.

Volunteer Dietitians & Nutrition Advisors

Share advice on food, diet, and healthy eating on a budget.

Volunteer Administrators

Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

No experience needed - just your time, heart, and willingness to get involved.
We'll provide training, travel support, and a welcoming team atmosphere.
