. This role is perfect for an experienced finance professional who is looking to take ownership of the company's financial operations and support its continued expansion.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile
cashbook
.
Prepare
weekly and monthly supplier payment runs
for authorisation.
Oversee
credit control
, including resolving outstanding queries.
Assist with
purchasing
and raising
purchase orders
.
Prepare and post
journal entries
.
Produce
month-end management accounts
.
Maintain and update the
Fixed Asset Register
.
Oversee and update
product costings
.
Plan and attend
stock counts and valuations
.
Submit
quarterly VAT returns
.
Carry out
ad-hoc finance duties
as required.
Candidate Requirements:
AAT Level 4 qualified
or
qualified by experience
with at least
two years of experience in manufacturing
.
Proficiency in
Sage 50
(essential).
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Office
with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
A
team player
with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Highly organised, proactive, and approachable.
Reliable, consistent, and able to meet deadlines.
Salary & Benefits:
35,000 - 42,000 per year
(Full-time, Permanent, On-site)
