We're looking for an experienced

Company Secretarial Manager

to lead our dedicated team and deliver high-quality company secretarial services to a varied client portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with strong governance knowledge, proven team leadership, and the ability to work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure exceptional service. Experience in accountancy or professional services is desirable.

Key Responsibilities





Oversee company secretarial services for a broad client base, from SMEs to charities and LLPs Ensure compliance with Companies Act requirements, statutory filings, and maintenance of registers Draft and review statutory documents including board minutes, shareholder resolutions, and incorporations Maintain strong client relationships, advising on governance best practice Improve internal processes, ensuring high-quality and efficient service delivery Monitor deadlines and ensure timely, accurate client deliverables Collaborate with partners, account managers, and other teams across the firm Represent the company secretarial team in internal initiatives and meetings


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise





Strong knowledge of company secretarial procedures and Companies House requirements Experience preparing statutory documents and maintaining registers Background in professional services (desirable) Proven experience in workflow oversight and mentoring junior members Studying towards or interested in the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (CGI) qualification Familiarity with company secretarial software (advantageous) Experience working with varied corporate structures (companies, LLPs, charities)
