Location:

Pierson Road, The Enterprise Campus, Alconbury Weald, Huntingdon, PE28 4YA

Pay:

13.26 per hour, with overtime paid at 16.58 per hour

Shifts:

Days only - 7am to 7pm

Shift Patterns:

Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday

Weekly Hours:

Average of 38.5 hours per week

Pay Frequency:

Weekly (paid every Friday)

Completion Line Operatives

to join our growing Dot Com team. This role is vital to ensuring that each customer order leaves our site looking perfect -- beautifully presented, complete, and correct.

This is your opportunity to take real pride in your work and make a difference to our customers' gifting experience. You'll be the final pair of eyes on the product, so a passion for quality and a meticulous approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble customer orders, ensuring all items (bouquets, gift cards, add-ons, etc.) are included correctly Carry out final presentation checks -- nothing leaves the line unless it's right Follow custom and personalised order requirements with care Proactively flag and correct errors, stopping the line if needed Maintain a clean and safe working area at all times Work closely with team members to ensure high standards and efficiency

What We're Looking For

A strong eye for detail and pride in high-quality presentation Confidence to challenge poor quality and take ownership for getting it right Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change A positive and collaborative approach to working in a team Previous experience in production, packing, or order fulfilment is desirable but not essential
