Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Complex Care & Domiciliary Support Workers to provide care within clients' homes and the community.
You'll be supporting individuals with varying needs, including complex health conditions, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering high-quality personal care in clients' homes
Supporting with medication, mobility, nutrition, and clinical tasks (where required)
Providing companionship and emotional support
Promoting independence and dignity at all times
Travelling between visits (drivers essential)
What we're looking for:
A caring, patient, and reliable nature
Ability to work independently and within a team
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
