Are you an experienced and dedicated female Complex Care Assistant ready to make a real difference? Libertatem is seeking a compassionate professional to support an adult client with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour.



You'll provide consistent, person-centred care by supporting daily routines, and helping them engage with the community.

About the Role

Support a client who enjoys walks, pub lunches, dancing, music, and day trips Enjoy a dedicated daily break while remaining present in the home Be part of a small, close-knit support team

What We Offer

Comprehensive training - online and classroom-based Support to achieve NVQ qualifications in Health & Social Care Ongoing guidance from a Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager Access to the Sonderwell Carer App for schedules, updates, and resources

What We're Looking For

Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or challenging behaviour Compassionate, empathetic, and dependable personality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Calm under pressure and confident in managing behavioural challenges Ability to work independently and use initiative
