21:30 - 06:30 (3 nights per week)

, so candidates must be comfortable around pets.

Female Complex Care Assistant

to support a child

1:1

during overnight shifts in Ilkley.

Due to the location and school escort duties, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

About the Role

As a Complex Care Assistant, you'll play a vital part in a young person's life--providing both medical and emotional support. Your role will ensure they feel safe, included, and empowered, both at home and when attending school.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering

tailored, person-centred care

Providing

personal and medical care

during night shifts Escorting the child to and from school when required Monitoring and supporting clinical needs with full training Liaising with family members and care professionals to ensure continuity of care

Essential Clinical Experience

We welcome candidates with experience or willingness to be trained in:

Tracheostomy care

Suctioning

(oral, tracheal, and nasopharyngeal)

Enteral & PEG feeding

Oxygen therapy

Who We're Looking For

A

caring, patient, and reliable

individual Experience with children or in a complex care setting Comfortable working both independently and within a team

Full UK driving licence

and

own vehicle

Willingness to complete training and continuous development
