Complex Care Support Worker 37.5 Hours Per Week
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and assistance to individuals in need
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document changes in clients' health status
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
Experience:
- Must hold a Valid UK driving Licence
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge nursing assistant duties and responsibilities
- Experience in Complex Care is a plus
- Familiarity with case management principles and practices
- Proficient in medication administration and documentation
- Understanding Of Complex Care Needs and outcomes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.32-14.25 per hour
