LEVEL 3 Required

We are looking for a fun, caring and friendly practitioner to join our committed and professional team ensuring the highest quality of childcare is provided everyday.

All Practitioners must have a full and relevant Level 3 in childcare qualification.

We look after staffs well being and ensure everyone is supported individually.

This position is for 37.5 hours per week.

Job Purpose

To manage and sustain the highest standard of care and education for all children placed at Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery

To work with all staff and students to ensure each child's wellbeing and full potential is recognised and developed holistically.

To implement the daily care and routines of Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery

To create positive working relationships and partnerships with parents and to promote parental involvement

To provide a strong key/co relationship with allocated children ensuring high qualities of confidence, communication and professional attachment.
