We have two properties, one supporting individuals with physical and medical needs and a bungalow that supports individuals with autism.

We have an established team of staff that are looking for someone to join our team to enhance the lives of people we support.

Duties.

To support individuals in participating in activities. E.g. Hydrotherapy, social outings, etc.

To assist with daily living skills.

To participate in training.

To safeguard the people, we support them from abuse.

To assist management team to fulfil goals of people we support.

To assist in attending appointments.

Requirements.

Must be caring.

Reliable.

Able to start at 7 am shifts 7 am to 2 pm - 2 pm to 9 pm.

To participate in training.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support clients in meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to enhance their quality of life Assist with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary Maintain accurate records of client progress and behaviour management strategies Drive clients to appointments or social outings as needed Uphold medical terminology standards in all documentation
