Complex Care Support Worker - Community (Adults 16+)

Home-Based Care, Various LocationsWe are looking for skilled and reliable Care Workers to provide one-to-one complex care for adults (16+) in their own homes. You will support clients with tasks such as tracheostomy and ventilator care, suctioning, enteral feeding, medication assistance, personal care, and daily living activities, following detailed care plans and clinical guidance.

Requirements:
Previous experience in complex care or community care (preferred). Competency or willingness to train in tracheostomy care, ventilation, and enteral feeding. Strong communication skills and confidence working independently. Enhanced Disclosure and right to work in the UK.
What We Offer:
Flexible zero-hours work based on your availability. Competitive rates of pay. Full training, upskilling, and ongoing clinical support.
Pay: 15.00-18.50 per hour
