About the Role

You'll provide essential support to a

female client with quadriplegic cerebral palsy, scoliosis, learning difficulties, and severe visual impairment

. She is a wheelchair user and lives at home with her family. Your responsibilities will include:

Medication administration via gastrostomy Nebuliser support Manual handling and safe transfers Personal care and assistance with daily living activities

Hours:

2:1 support,

10am-8pm

. Weekend flexibility is appreciated but not essential.

Your Responsibilities

Provide personal care with dignity and respect Assist with mobility and safe repositioning Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands Offer emotional support and companionship Monitor and report changes in health and well-being

What We're Looking For

Minimum 6 months care experience

Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays Ability to pass an

Enhanced DBS check
