What youll do


Focus mainly on complex/decision Samples and Special Equipment related service delivery activities without direct customer interaction (CSX) focusing on customer interactions. Support Customer Service organisation to take on order/invoice management for new business, improve the processes to make them work simply, and hand over. Proactive order management to ensure excellent Customer Experience. Monitor and ensure delivery of adjacent functions service commitments. Provide relevant information to Customer Service Experience (CSX) & Business to secure a superior customer service. Comply with Henkel Corporate Standards at any point in time. Own the Sample & Special Equipment order entry process for a respective region. Facilitate & coordinate requests for samples coming into Service Cloud via the ACE sample request platform/Ariba, and Special Equipment orders via email to Service Cloud. Ensure transparent information flow on ticket and sample status. Run complex Order Placements in SAP. Act as internal single point of contact with regards to Samples and Special Equipment for the respective region. Support the pre-defined network strategy on Sample and Special Equipment fulfilment (across the fulfilment types/strategies). What makes you a good fit


A customer focused attitude with excellent communication skills. Previous experience within a customer service, supply chain or a logistics role required. High level of organisation and time management, excellent problem solving and good influencing skills. Import and Export experience, MS Office knowledge, SAP & Salesforce Service Cloud, and understanding of Order To Cash would be an advantage. Deliver Results / Communicate for Impact / Be Accountable / Collaborate. Planning and Organising / Customer Focus / Analyse Alternatives and Recommend Solutions / Build Customer Loyalty / Customer System Operation.
