Here at Settle we are looking for a Compliance Administrator for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Role Purpose | Are you basically brilliant?




You will work as part of a team to provide administrative support to the Compliance, Investment and Asset contract managers. You will support the contract managers in delivering the service / works they oversee to ensure that contracts run efficiently.

Working collaboratively, you will carry out all tasks relating to the contract administration function.


Making it happen!



You will:



Assist with all contract administration functions of the allocated contracts including initial contract setup stage i.e. preparation of work orders Liaise with residents, contractors, and other settle departments including leasehold and finance teams. Deal with customer queries and ensure responses are provided within the desired timescale. Assist in the contractor payment process to ensure invoices are paid in accordance with the terms of the contract. Work as part of the project team to deliver contracts to time, cost and quality Provide cover as required for contract meetings and where requested take, prepare and issue minutes. Assist with preparing fobs and maintaining the door entry system. Assist in any review or refinement of the in-house contract management processes as deemed necessary. Accurately input and maintain data Carry out any other reasonable duties to deliver great service

We are looking for someone who has...




A basic must!



Ability to work as part of a team. Familiarity with working with computers including use of Word and Excel Experience of general administration duties including raising purchase orders Using MS, word, excel, email and familiar with IT systems

Able to:

Prioritise own work and meet deadlines Work methodically with attention to detail Work accurately with figures Problem solve with a common sense approach Multi task and prioritise work demands in a fast paced environment Input data accurately using fast keyboarding skills
