Culina Logistics - We are proud to be an award winning 3PL service specialising in chilled warehousing. We offer clients total supply chain solutions by providing an excellent platform for world class clients, along with complete coverage of the UK and Ireland to enable us to provide over 100,000 pallet spaces, with a massive 1.5m cases delivered daily.

We have a dedicated CAM (Culina Asset Management) team whose priority is to take care of and manage the trucks, trailers and MHE for the wider Culina Group. Our CAM team are now recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join their team in Warrington on a full time, permanent basis.

Working hours: Monday-Friday (6am-6pm)

Salary: \xc2\xa325,000 per annum



The purpose of a Compliance Administrator is to ensure admin and compliance functions are achieved and carried out to the highest standard through positive working and a flexible approach, whilst delivering an excellent fleet service.

Key Duties of a Compliance Administrator:

  • Providing administrative support to the Fleet Management team and assisting with the day-to-day operation.
  • Keeping up to date with news items and process updates as detailed on the internal intranet system.
  • Filing of service sheets, MOT/plating/tacho certificates and logbooks and chasing outstanding paperwork and documents.
  • Working with internal and external departments to communicate relevant information.
  • Arranging callouts which require immediate action.
  • Ensuring all trucks are serviced to legal requirements.
  • Planning and arranging equipment inspections.
  • Guaranteeing everything is maintained to a satisfactory standard required to support the smooth operation of our business.
  • Dealing with fines, penalties, tolls and infringements.
  • Issuing all vehicles and company cars with fuel cards and updating the internal Fleet System, while ensuring renewals and requests to be sent out in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with Driverline calls when volumes peak.
Qualifications
  • Administration related experience in a similar environment.
  • Compliance experience is desirable but not required, as training will be provided.
  • Working towards your CPC Qualification or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Competency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, along with accurate keyboard skills.
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy with strong attention to detail.
  • Commitment and motivation, with sound problem solving skills to drive improvement in performance.
  • Able to use own initiative with the ability to work within fixed guidelines.
  • Good interpersonal skills and capable of operating as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to deal with people at all levels.
