Duties and responsibilities:



Sustainability and Waste champion - creating new initiatives to enhance our Environmental Sustainability Performance index (ESPI) Coordination of team engagement events; charity, wellbeing, and social events Documenting output of team engagement, aspects of the project and good news stories to aid marketing Management and administration of the Visitor Management System Review and shortlisting of colleague feedback for the sites Monthly Awards Maintenance of the communication boards for H&S and Compliance Regular review and updating of visual aids to support the Zero Harm Environment Supporting the cohesion of Safety reporting across systems
Experience, Skills, and Attributes:



Experience of working within an administrative role is essential Excellent communication skills combined with logical problem-solving skills Demonstrable safety-first mind set Experience of working in a role where Compliance and Accuracy are key would be a distinct advantage Computer Literate, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to interpret and analyse information Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, working as part of a high-performance team Works to a high standard of detail meeting deadlines, with a good ability to prioritise CITB Operative
