About the role



Are you passionate about accurate data keeping? Would you like to work in a role that makes a difference to how a company manages its compliance? We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting and developing our internal systems and related industry compliances.

What you'll be doing;



Performing quality checks on documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance Liaising with colleagues across departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely completion of paperwork Liaising with our customers and suppliers to ensure all claims are processed accurately Keeping up to date with changes to accredited standards and cascading these to key stakeholders and implementing new or maintaining existing procedures accordingly Recording & maintaining data and completing monthly reports Maintaining records in line with internal procedures and external regulations Ensuring all records are audit ready at all times

Careful, accurate data record-keeping skills Strong organisational skills & attention to detail Keenness to learn and continuous improvement mindset
