Compliance Administrator

Location: Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire \xe2\x80\x93 Hybrid Working
Salary: Up to \xc2\xa326K DOE
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

We are now recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to undertake the company\xe2\x80\x99s QSHE and Compliance administration activities, engaging with the wider DEKRA team to share awareness of and support training for activities in regards to quality policy!

As our Compliance Administrator, your main duties will be to:

  • Satisfy the administrative compliance and quality needs of the business.
  • Assist in developing of QHSE Policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accident / incident spreadsheets and forms
  • Maintain documents and records pertaining to DEKRA Automotive Ltd\xe2\x80\x99s certified standards and compliance environment
  • Aid the Compliance Manager in the continued maintenance of ISO certification.
  • Support the assessment, monitoring, measuring, and recommendations associated with QHSE improvement initiatives
  • Ensure DEKRA Automotive Ltd comply with all applicable legislative and corporate governance
  • Provide administrative assistance when required to the Compliance Team
  • Prepare and distributing monthly, quarterly, and annual QHSE statistical performance reports
Essential Requirements:
  • Passion for quality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to solve problems and execute solutions to problems/issues identified
  • An ability to build strong working relationships
  • Self-motivated and able to plan and manage own workload
  • At least one year experience in QHSE management, gaining knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 9001 standards
It would be great if you had, however these are not a requirement:
  • A NEBOSH/IOSHH qualification
  • Internal ISO Auditor certificate
