Compliance Administrator

to join our team based at our office in Tideswell working Monday to Friday.


Compliance Administrator Role





The Compliance Administrator provides administrative support to the Compliance Director in ensuring all company standards of compliance are upheld at all Holdsworth Foods facilities. This role covers multiple key areas, including Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, Technical Compliance, ESG, Packaging Regulations, Site Maintenance, and Staff Training. If you have a keen eye for compliance, policy management, and process improvement, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!


Main Responsibilities:




Ensure that you observe all Company Policies. Ensure that all sensitive and personal information regarding employees, accident details, customers and suppliers etc are treated with strict discretion and all data is managed in line with current GDPR legislation. To provide administrative support to the Compliance Director. To assist in all elements of QHSE. Examples of this are below. Keeping data and records up to date. Review and filter Compliance emails and actions. Communicate information and updated policies etc with key and relevant staff at all sites. Supporting the HSE Manager in accident and near miss initial fact finding and incident investigation and reporting. Ensure that all accident and near miss data is accurately recorded. Download and review monthly reports on waste and recycling data. Ensure that all site waste data is recorded accurately. Assist Compliance Director in submission of data for Energy Saving Opportunity Scheme ESOS (every 3 years) and Streamlined Energy Carbon Reporting SECR (annually). Assist in ESOS Phase 3 implementation and data gathering throughout the company supply chain. Preparation of Plastic Packaging Tax PPT data for submission every quarter. Preparation of European Producer Responsibility EPR data and reporting (every 6 months). Preparation of carbon data for calculation of our Scope 3 emissions. Maintenance of file for contractor's RAMS, PL insurance and F gas certificates. Responding to customer enquiries and requests for accreditation certificates and supplier approval questionnaires. Be a team player and have a hands-on/ "can do" attitude, driving high standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Develop a compliance culture throughout all sites by supporting the Compliance Director, Quality & Technical Manager and Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to continuously improve against standards and managing change in all departments. Support with business related projects.

Other responsibilities:




Provide cover for other members of the team during periods of absence.

Training in the role tasks will be provided. Additional training in Computing, GDPR, Health & Safety can be provided. Some overnight trips away may be required from time to time.
