We are currently seeking a

Compliance Agent

to join our team, ensuring adherence to FCA regulations and company policies while supporting our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Our Work Environment Includes:

Modern office setting in Weybridge. Work-from-home Flexible Working Hours. We do not require you to hold 0900 - 1800 daily, we offer flexible working hours for this role, meaning you can complete the job in the hours you determine. On-the-job training and professional development opportunities.

About the Role

The Compliance Agent is responsible for conducting file reviews, listening to sales calls, and providing detailed feedback to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. This role requires someone with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a professional mindset.

This is a great opportunity for someone with monitoring experience or a background in detail-oriented roles. While experience in financial services is preferred, it is not required as full training will be provided.

Given the flexibility in Working from Home & offering flexible hours, this role is perfect for someone that has a busy home / family life but is still looking for a fulltime role.

Key Responsibilities

Call Auditing:

Review sales calls for accuracy and compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.

File Reviews:

Conduct detailed reviews of client files to ensure proper documentation and adherence to defined regulations.

Liaise with Insurers:

Ensure all amendments to policies, endorsements, and other documentation are thoroughly reviewed and verified for accuracy and compliance with company standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for insurers to address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and facilitate timely updates to policyholder records. Coordinate effectively to maintain seamless communication and ensure all changes are implemented efficiently.

Feedback & Recommendations:

Identify areas of concern and provide constructive feedback to sales teams to improve compliance.

Confidentiality:

Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding client and company information.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the training and compliance teams to ensure ongoing improvement and adherence to standards.

Skills & Attributes

Previous experience working for an FCA regulated company is a bonus Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. High level of professionalism and the ability to work independently. Comfortable working with confidential information. Monitoring experience is preferred, but experience in detail-oriented roles will also be considered. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary:

24,000 - 26,000

On Target Earnings:

26,000 - 30,000

Working Hours:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Includes a 1-hour lunch and 2 x 15-minute breaks. No evening or weekend work.

This job is not required to be onsite
