Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with clients and identifying their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Eco industry knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities



Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Lead Management & Sales:

Contact and engage warm and cold leads provided by the company. Manage the full sales cycle independently--from outreach to close. Consistently meet or exceed performance targets.

Compliance:

Maintain full compliance with all relevant industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, FCA). Follow approved scripts and internal protocols. Promptly report any potential compliance issues.

Data Handling:

Update and manage lead and customer information in spreadsheets or CRM tools. Keep accurate and timely records of all communication and transactions.

Administrative Support:

Assist with follow-ups, internal documentation, and compliance tracking. Support internal reviews by ensuring all records are audit-ready.

Adaptability:

Take on new tasks and responsibilities as the role evolves. Stay up-to-date with changes to sales processes, systems, and compliance requirements. Show initiative in learning and adjusting to new tools or workflows. Identify potential sales opportunities through market research and networking. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings. Prepare and deliver engaging sales proposals tailored to client requirements. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility. Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.

Experience



Previous experience in a sales role is preferred but not essential; candidates with strong interpersonal skills will be considered. Proven ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive approach to selling. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow within the company.
