Job Overview


Compliance Chain are seeking a motivated professional with a keen eye for detail to support the company's assessment activities.

Candidates will be responsible for verifying client information, ensuring relevant construction industry standards are met. This position requires excellent attention to detail alongside the ability to interpret and apply compliance criteria in a clear, balanced and consistent manner. The role contributes directly to maintaining the integrity, reliability, and reputation of Compliance Chain's services.

Responsibilities



Review and assess client information against industry standards to verify compliance, whilst also providing clear and constructive feedback where required. Monitor updates to industry standards, frameworks, and legislative changes, ensuring our assessment criteria and processes remain aligned. Maintain detailed, accurate, and secure records of assessment activities in accordance with Compliance Chain's procedures. Support and strengthen quality assurance processes to ensure assessments are conducted impartially, consistently, and in accordance with scheme requirements. Identify opportunities for improving assessment methodologies, documentation, workflows, and communication. Ensure all assessments are completed in-line with Compliance Chain's client service level agreements.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience



Experience conducting compliance assessments, audits, inspections, or similar evaluative activities. Effective communication skills allowing you to deliver clear, constructive feedback to clients and colleagues. Strong time management and organisational abilities. Proficiency in the use of various IT systems. Previous experience within the construction industry is preferred (not mandatory) Holding either: NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or NEBOSH Health & Safety Management in Construction is preferred (not mandatory)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
