We are seeking a proactive and highly organised C&F Administrative Support role to provide crucial assistance to our Compliance & Financial Analyst team. This essential support function ensures the accuracy and efficiency of documentation, data verification, and internal coordination, enabling the Analyst to focus on strategic risk assessment and high-level reporting.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding attention to detail and strong communication skills, ensuring that financial and compliance data is managed meticulously across our client portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and ACCOUNTABILITIES
The C&F Administrative Support will be responsible for the following core duties:
Data & Document Verification
Prepare document folders
Coordination & Communication
Serve as the primary liaison for financial inquiries with external vendor points of contact, handling initial queries and escalating complex issues to the C&F Analyst.
Work collaboratively with other MCMS internal departments and external vendors to ensure the timely receipt and processing of required documentation.
Organise and schedule internal and external meetings for the C&F Analyst, including the preparation of basic meeting materials.
Reporting Support
Collate and format data and supporting evidence for the Analyst, assisting in the preparation of comprehensive reports on compliance activities and financial performance.
Manage and maintain the central filing system for all compliance documentation, ensuring a clear and efficient audit trail.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Experience and Skills
A minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in a high-volume administrative, finance, or compliance support environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to handle complex documentation with accuracy.
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) or equivalent Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external liaison.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Desirable Attributes
Familiarity with financial or construction-related terminology.
Experience in working within a Project Management Office (PMO) or similar structured environment.
