Investigate non-conformances, complaints, incidents and near misses, completing root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions. Deliver and oversee traceability and recall exercises, plus monitoring, verification and compliance reporting. Maintain robust document control and complete customer technical/compliance submissions. Deliver Food Safety and H&S training and act as a visible compliance champion, building strong internal and external relationships.

The Ideal Candidate:

A pragmatic "hands-on" approach--visible throughout the business and comfortable coaching in the moment. Calm under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset. Strong investigation skills and confidence presenting clear findings and recommendations. A natural relationship-builder who can work effectively with auditors, customers, regulators and internal stakeholders.
