Compliance Officer

The Role -

You will be working alongside our experienced team, learning the ropes of the industry from the ground up. Your journey will include:

Learning the Industry:

Gaining a deep understanding of the regulatory environment and industry standards.

Audit procedures:

Learning how to audit commercial insurance sales to identify breaches in compliance.

Compliance processes:

Taking ownership of various processes to ensure that the compliance department runs efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Need -

We don't expect you to be an expert yet. We are looking for

potential.

Attention to Detail:

The ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.

Regulatory Interest:

An eagerness to learn specific frameworks (like GDPR, ISO standards, or FCA regulations).

Process Adherence:

Demonstrating a disciplined approach to following rules and guidelines.

Analytical Thinking:

The ability to assess risks and interpret potentially complex information.

Computer Literacy:

Comfortable using the Microsoft office suite and email.
