Role Overview:
We're seeking a proactive Compliance Coordinator to lead and oversee non-fire compliance activities across the portfolio. You'll manage servicing schedules, certifications, remedial works, and documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. This is a key role collaborating across departments and with external contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage compliance areas: Legionella, Gas, Electrical (EICR/PAT), Asbestos, LOLER, EPCs, and others o Instruct and track servicing, certification, and remedial actions
Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation
Conduct internal audits and drive continuous improvement
Coordinate with contractors and raise work orders
Report on compliance KPIs and contractor performance
Support policy development and ensure adherence to the ANUK National Code
Promote a compliance culture while balancing operational risk Experience and Skills
Experience in compliance or health & safety
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator, able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
Strong interest in compliance, health & safety, or regulation (preferred)
NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications (preferred)
Knowledge of property compliance and housing standards (preferred)
Experience with compliance software or property systems (preferred)
Remuneration & Benefits
Hours: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
