With a focus on major infrastructure projects, we excel in areas such as transportation, utilities, energy, and telecommunications. As a forward-thinking organisation, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Coordinator to join our team and drive growth and maintain our high standards in compliance of ISO standards, Sentinel and other industry related certification.

The Compliance Coordinators role is to establish, manage and monitor the implementation of HSQE standards, processes, communications and systems to ensure that the Enable Group are compliant with relevant company, legal and external requirements (including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 44001). Lead on the development and ongoing improvement of Enable Group\xe2\x80\x99s IMS, ensuring it remains fit for purpose.

Job requirements

  • Experience in a Quality, Compliance or IMS role (ideally working in construction, rail, civils, highways, electrification, TFL, Utilities sectors).
  • An understanding of sentinel requirements
  • A good understanding of ISO Standards (9001, 14001, 44001 and 45001), RISQS and other industry standards required with significant track record of successful work.
  • Knowledge of UK construction industry, including railway, TFL, Nuclear or other utilities industries would be advantageous.
Qualifications/experience required
  • Experience of implementing and managing an IMS to ISO Standards within the industry
  • Previous experience in a compliance role
  • Advanced MS Office skills training / experience
  • Practitioner of the Chartered Quality Institute
  • Practitioner level member of IEMA - desirable
  • Certificate in Quality / Environmental Management
  • GDPR Training
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate - desirable
  • Auditor qualifications around ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
