Wilson Power & Energy is continuing to scale across the UK, Ireland and Europe -- and we are expanding our internal support team to strengthen our compliance, documentation, and data management capability. We are seeking a detail-focused Compliance & Data Administrator who enjoys structure, accuracy, and maintaining clean, organised business systems.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Management
Support the rollout and maintenance of future ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001 and Health & Safety compliance pathways).
Maintain records and documentation to support audits, accreditations, and certifications.
Monitor and update compliance registers (training, risk, supplier, etc.).
Data & Systems Administration
Manage data entry and reporting across SharePoint, Power BI, and internal platforms.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of company records.
Support project teams with document control, versioning and structured filing.
Produce compliance and performance reports for leadership.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative assistance to operations and project management.
Support scheduling, internal communications and document preparation tasks.
Liaise with clients and suppliers to collect, validate and organise compliance documentation.
Assist onboarding processes with compliance checks and training record updates.
Essential Criteria
Previous experience in a compliance, administrative or data-focused role.
Strong Microsoft 365 capability (SharePoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational discipline.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines reliably.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Criteria
Exposure to ISO management system development or support.
Knowledge of Health & Safety compliance and documentation.
Familiarity with data analysis or CRM systems.
Experience within energy, engineering or construction sectors.
