You have the important role of ensuring the integrity, compliance, and audit-readiness of all care documentation across Aroma Care's digital systems. The Digital Compliance & Records Officer plays a pivotal role in identifying quality risks, guiding staff on documentation standards, and maintaining compliance with internal policy, regulatory frameworks, and CQC Key Lines of Enquiry. This role is crucial to delivering safe, effective, and well-led care services.
You will also need to cover the on call service of your branch on a rostered basis.
