Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizing the various parts of an activity to enable collaboration and efficient communication. Advisory - giving information or advice or a recommendation about what should be done. Training and awareness - teaching and raising awareness

Coordinator collaborates with cross-departmental teams to support the planning, coordination, scheduling, implementation, reporting and evaluation of quality and compliance program projects and initiatives in support of strategic goals.

Identifying and assessing areas of significant business risk.

Managing and reporting compliance breaches and exposures.

Accidents, incidents report to be logged on to SharePoint.

Reviewing all new products, systems, or processes to ensure compliance.

Conducting ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.

Supporting various departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with auditors and various departments.

Ensuring complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees.

Responsible for onboarding of new contractors ensuring they meet the company compliance requirements

Carry out Monthly building inspections and legionella testing

Calibration equipment as (expedite non-compliant and carry out tests as required)

Assist in coordinating audits and register into the system when required.

Electrical and water readings, record in the register and complete the KPI's

Assist in the re-certification for SafeContractor, Constructionline, British Safety Council, Alcumus and Environmental Essentials.

Assist in accreditation for NSI, FIA, RESET and Achilles.

Assist in the compilation and checking of customer `PQQ's

Monitor and log all ECS cards ensuring that all engineers remain fully compliant

Log all Customer feedback - Complements and Complaints. Assist in the closing out of any complaints.

KEY COMPETENCES

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Compliance role (beneficial)

Leads & supports continual improvement both within the department and in the wider sphere of operations.

Ability to gather and present statistics.

Maintain records, documents, spreadsheets and analyse data for actions and trending purposes.

Knowledge & experience of business improvement programmes

ESSENTIAL

Effective time management and management of workload to deliver within prescribed timescales.

Computer literate in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, able to utilize the Internet effectively and competent in the site-specific systems and a knowledge of SharePoint

A sound knowledge of business procedures operated at site and business levels.

Detail Orientated

Ability to foster good working relationships with different departments.

Willingness to learn.

Diligent

Assist with the undertaking of IMS/HS & Compliance audits as part of the audit team.

Undertake monthly reporting as required

DESIREABLE

Effective communicator, both written & verbal with groups or one to one.

Able to influence effectively by presenting well-reasoned arguments.

Is assertive and has appropriate level of self confidence

Lease with consultants, external authorities & bodies and contractors

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 25,000.00 per year
