Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to oversee and enhance our compliance framework within the organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, particularly within the real estate sector. This role requires a proactive approach to compliance management, internal audits, and regulatory reporting, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of integrity and accountability.

Duties



Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements. Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of compliance controls and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports to relevant authorities, ensuring timely compliance with all reporting obligations. Collaborate with various departments to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance standards. Monitor changes in legislation and regulations affecting the banking industry, advising senior management on necessary adjustments. Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organisation. Investigate potential compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements



Proven experience in compliance management within the real estate sector or a related field. Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and internal audit processes. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly to diverse audiences. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Relevant qualifications in finance, law, or a related discipline would be advantageous. Strong understanding of UK property compliance CRM-savvy Entrepreneurial mindset
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,500.98-40,121.91 per year
