The Opportunity



We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Compliance Maintenance Officer to join our team on a permanent basis at our offices near Westerham, Kent.
This role is a vital part of ensuring that our organisation consistently meets regulatory requirements and internal policies, helping maintain our high standards of care and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance management programmes aligned with organisational objectives. Prepare, maintain, and submit accurate regulatory reports in a timely manner to relevant authorities. Monitor and interpret changes in legislation and regulations that may impact organisational operations. Provide support and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters, promoting a culture of compliance across the organisation. Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure adherence to compliance standards and industry best practices. Investigate compliance breaches, concerns, or irregularities and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

Experience & Skills Required



Minimum 6 months' experience in Healthcare or Homecare compliance. Competent user of databases and compliance document portals. Ideally experienced in working with CQC regulations and requirements. Confident usingMicrosoft Office and Office 365. Experience applying for DBS checks, using ID checking services, and completing Home Office checks. Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, organisation skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
