Who we're looking for




As part of our compliance and investment team, you'll be proactive to fulfil our obligations as a landlord, keeping our customers safe and properties 100% compliant. You'll make sure we provide safe homes for our customers by overseeing the heating (Gas) compliance and the Water Hygiene management reporting. You'll also maintain compliance statistics, so we remain compliant in our duties and are leading the way.


You'll be responsible for your service areas, managing external consultants and specialists and will make sure works are effectively delivered on time and within budget. By ensuring regular quality control inspections are carried out, you'll monitor the quality of work is in accordance with agreed service standards and legislation.


ACS gas qualifications in all gas installations, (CCN1, CEN1 (CENWAT), HTR1, CPA1, Unvented. Fumes Investigation (CMD-DA1) Investigation (CMD-DA1) ACOP L8) are essential for this role. You'll have worked in a similar role successfully managing compliance risk in social housing and have good knowledge in gas and water hygiene legislation and regulatory requirements.


You may be required to complete an enhanced DBS check if offered this role.
