Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring safety and compliance in housing? We're looking for a

Planning Compliance Officer

to join our Property Care team and help us achieve 100% compliance across key statutory service areas including Gas Safety, Electrical Inspections (EICR), and Renewable Energy systems.

What could you be doing?




You'll play a vital role in coordinating access to homes, monitoring overdue appointments, and ensuring services are delivered on time. With a strong emphasis on data accuracy, process compliance and customer engagement you will directly support the safe, timely and customer- focused delivery of statutory compliance services - while ensuring a clear and maintained audit trail.

You will work closely with our Planning Team ensuring essential service appointments are scheduled and delivered within agreed SLAs. A key focus of your role will be to coordinate access with our customers, monitoring and reporting on overdue appointments. You will therefore engage with Customers via phone, text, email, and letters to secure access. Managing escalations of unresolved access issues and maintain accurate records and data within our systems. In this very collaborative role, you will regularly communicate with the Planning Team, Compliance Officers, operational teams, and Housing Officers to maintain oversight of progress and ensure visibility of long-standing or at-risk cases. Support continuous improvement and champion customer-focused solutions.

Who we are looking for



You'll have exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with a customer-first mindset. Experience in customer-focused roles ideally within housing or construction. You will really place the customer at the heart of everything you do having experience of delivering excellent customer service, handling queries, and always ensuring a positive customer experience. Drive to improve delivery for the customer and the business. Proficient in Microsoft Office with a high level of IT literacy to support efficient administration, data analysis and reporting. Confident managing multiple tasks, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure. You'll be very organised with excellent planning and time management skills. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative and own completion of tasks. Strong problem-solving abilities and capable of finding pragmatic and creative solutions.

This role is Home Based but you will need to live close to the Worcester office, as this is a main hub for the team, so we are looking for people who live in Worcestershire.
