Job Description
Support the UK Compliance team by providing regulatory advice to the business, ensuring timely implementation of regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance with internal policies, & supporting commercial objectives within regulatory risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regulatory advice to senior management & business teams
- Conduct horizon scanning
- Advise on responses to regulatory developments
- Collaborate with Risk, Audit, and Financial Crime teams to ensure effective regulatory risk management.
- Prepare reports for governance committees and assist with regulatory requests and enquiries.
- Support the design & embedding of compliant processes
- Contribute to compliance training and coach colleagues on regulatory best practice.
- Significant compliance experience within the London insurance market.
- Strong understanding of FCA Sourcebooks.
- Skilled in balancing commercial & regulatory considerations.
- Excellent communicator & relationship builder.
- Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Effective team collaboration capabilities.
