You will join a growing international team dedicated to Compliance. In this role will work closely with various functional key partners (Sales, Onboarding, Transaction Monitoring, Legal, Product etc.), ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements around Financial Crime, AML/CTF and financial regulation. You will serve as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) in the UK but will also be responsible for performing compliance activities globally.

Responsibilities \xf0\x9f\x91\x8f

In this role, you\'ll:

Serve as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) in the UK, ensuring effective implementation of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) measures.

Develop and implement a robust compliance framework, policies, and procedures in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal guidelines.

Support in license applications within the UK and other jurisdictions

Oversee the day-to-day compliance operations, including monitoring, escalations, surveillance, and reporting on compliance risks, incidents, and breaches.

Conduct regular risk assessments, compliance reviews, and audits to identify and address any compliance gaps or weaknesses.

Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments, industry trends, and emerging risks to ensure timely implementation of necessary changes and enhancements to the compliance program.

Provide expert advice and guidance on compliance-related matters to internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with various internal departments, such as legal, operations, risk control function, and product, to ensure compliance considerations are integrated into business processes, products, and services.

Develop and deliver compliance training programs to enhance staff awareness and understanding of compliance obligations.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with external regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other relevant stakeholders.

What we need to see

Master of Law L.L.M or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years work experience in fincrime first line of defense

Minimum of 2 years work experience in compliance
