Overview
We're looking for an experienced and motivated
Sales Quality & Performance Coach
to support and develop our growing call-centre teams across multiple online service brands.
Your role will focus on
improving conversion rates
,
enhancing sales tactics
, and
maintaining call-quality standards
through coaching, feedback, and structured performance reviews.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Listen to and assess sales and admin calls for quality, accuracy, compliance, and sales technique.
Deliver detailed feedback and action plans to advisors to improve conversions and customer experience.
Coach staff on objection handling, closing techniques, and upselling opportunities.
Monitor team performance metrics and identify training needs or recurring weaknesses.
Support management with weekly performance reports and quality-score tracking.
Ensure scripts and processes meet compliance and company standards.
Work closely with Sales Managers and Admin Leads to drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience (Essential)
Minimum
2 years' experience in a sales, QA, or coaching role
within a call-centre or similar environment.
Strong understanding of
sales psychology, conversion tactics, and objection handling
.
Excellent communication, feedback, and motivational skills.
High attention to detail with a structured approach to call monitoring and reporting.
Confident working with KPIs, quality frameworks, and CRM/call-recording systems.
Desirable:
Experience mentoring or leading sales teams.
Background in compliance-driven industries (DBS, property, financial, or similar).
