National Compliance Administration Officer




Worcester based with a balance of home and office working




24,831 - 26,138 per year




35 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 17:00pm




We have an opportunity for a National Compliance Administration Officer to join our National Compliance Team in Worcester. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering efficient, high-quality administrative and support services that help ensure our compliance operations run smoothly. You'll be joining a collaborative environment where your contributions truly matter.

The role of

National Compliance Administration Officer

will include:




Identifying follow on works: Raising follow on remedial work orders to maintain the safety and compliance of our customers' homes Contacting customers to arrange service appointments, processing gas safety certificates Managing Service Records: Processing work orders using our SAP system and updating records with upcoming service due dates Liaising with internal planners and housing officers to ensure smooth service delivery Supporting Regulatory Standards: Gathering, preparing, and presenting accurate information to support the team in meeting or exceeding regulatory and internal standards

Skills and experiences:




Some experience in accurately checking and processing data Recent experience of undertaking a similar role Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads Strong communication, interpersonal and customer care skills Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
