Compliance Policy Manager



Permanent



Full-time, 37.5 hours per week



Hybrid - home working with travel to Derby office on a bi weekly basis as a minimum



40,000-50,000 plus benefits



We're looking for a Compliance Policy Manager to join our Compliance team - someone who can keep us on the straight and narrow while making sure our systems, processes and procedures deliver top-notch customer outcomes and meet every regulatory requirement.

What you'll be doing (and owning):



Drafting, reviewing and maintaining policies that keep us FCA-friendly. Managing SM&CR administration like a pro - applications, MI and audit-ready records. Keeping our regulatory reporting schedule on point (because deadlines matter). Supporting Consumer Duty compliance with outcome-focused MI. Horizon scanning for regulatory changes - you'll be our early warning system. Basically, being the person who makes sure we never miss a beat when it comes to regulatory and policy compliance within our sector.

What we're looking for:



Experience in Compliance Management, Policy Writing, or a similar role. A solid understanding of SM&CR, PROD, MCOB, ICOBS Mortgage Advice, Supervision or Policy Writing in the Mortgage, PMI, Protection or Equity Release field would be very useful experience and knowledge in this role. Sharp attention to detail and critical reasoning skills. Someone who can write policies and reports that even non-compliance colleagues can understand. Organised, adaptable and able to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat. We'd love to hear from CeMAP qualified candidates!
